I spent a couple of hours trying to decipher this clue and came up empty.  Even now, using a couple of different Caesar cipher programs and using 14 for the shift, I am coming up with a bunch of garbled letters as the answer.

I agree, I still can't figure it out. Something doesn't seem right.

For the cipher clue, you should take the letters and jump them back 14 spots (as the cipher initially moves them forward to encrypt).

Therefore "Mci gvcizr dfcpopzm pim hvs twza Mcihv" becomes "you should probably buy the film youth"

Give this a shot here:

The problem I was having was that I was moving it forward 14 letters.

And with the last clue, I was using a computer program for the Caesar cipher with a key of 14 and still coming up empty.  I was careful to enter the clue in the coded section too.  Guess that is what you get for trusting some sites.  If I had used the one Keith linked above, I would have gotten it.

Clue 16 was just the second clue this game I got that I didn't luck into.  I think I have clue 17 figured out.  Can I make it 2 in a row?

The squirrel clue +  chipmunk -1 was particularly mean. I wasn't confident in it, but assumed a halo at worst.

I actually thought I had this one.  Sisters was originally to be called "The Nest".  The clue refers to a Dr. Seuss poem where creatures (including a woodpecker) "nest" in the antlers of a moose.  AND, the writer of Sisters is Paula Pell (as in the expression pell mell which is found in the clue).  For that, I get a MINUS 1?  C'mon, man!

I disagree, the -1 was not just particularly mean, it was downright cruel.  Especially when you consider the author's first name is Theodor, it should have a halo, no question.  But, if you are not going to acknowledge the connection then at worse a 0 for the change.

I don't know if the winner will own Star Wars, but I will be astounded if the winner doesn't own Chipmunks.

I don't think it is going to do nearly as badly as people seem to, it's the only game in town for smaller kids.
