Hey, I've added showdowns even after the flicks close the last few winters because often people have extra funds left over so its just a way to keep playing the showdowns if you wanted to (even into that first weekend in January). I didn't even notice the rules section on them honestly!

But yeah, the timing this year is odd as the holiday weekend extends to tuesday and there are also movies releasing on tuesday...

In total, 20 people played the showdown this weekend.

I'd envisioned closing out the showdown and making price changes Christmas morn before the 12 CST deadline if no one has any objections?
